Despite the contents, the whole nappy should never be flushed down the toilet - it's a blockage and a biohazard, so it should go into the red bin.

While a necessity for new families, these can really fill up the bin in no time at all... Look into compostable varieties (even if they end up in the red bin, a compostable nappy will biodegrade faster than other sorts), and maybe, if you're game, human composting solutions. Why waste all that waste, hey?
